Frank, a founding member of Klear One, is responsible for delivering the most up to date software and technology information to our client base and prospective clients and for maintaining client satisfaction ratings. His 13 years of experience delivering software solutions has allowed him to help grow Klear One and to bring a standard of excellence to the Company.
Prior to joining Klear One, Frank worked at various technology consulting firms where he gained expert knowledge in MAS90/MAS200, MAS200 SQL, and Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains as well as in Sage and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Frank is also a certified trainer and consultant for Sage and Microsoft Dynamics products.
Sam Khoury – Founder/Vice President, Business Operations
Sam has over 12 years experience in the information technology industry. He began his career providing technical support to end-users, training and mentoring new consultants and grew in his positions to managing software consultants. Prior to becoming a founding member of Klear One, Sam was employed at several major IT corporations. He has worked with Sage products for more than seven years and has gained extensive knowledge of MAS90/MAS200, MAS200 SQL, MAS500, Sage CRM, Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains and Microsoft CRM.
In his current role, Sam is responsible for the day to day operations of the Company and ensuring that business processes and practices are being upheld.
Ali Sarshar – Founder/Vice President, Technology
Ali, one of Klear One’s founding members, is responsible for identifying opportunities and risks for delivering the Company’s services as well as identifying opportunities for innovation. Ali has more than 20 years experience in the industry and has worked for such large corporations as Nextel Communication and Toshiba America. He has acquired expertise in project management, middleware design and development. In addition, Ali has documented and implemented business processes that eliminated redundancy and created efficiency companywide.
Ali’s background in the technology industry uniquely prepares him to lead Klear One’s efforts toward technological solutions that focus on users.
